Welcome to Boston Sightseeing and our Return and Refund Policy. These policies are important and affect your legal rights, so be sure to read them carefully. Note that by visiting the platform and taking any service from Boston Sightseeing, you must agree with this return and refund policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Boston Sightseeing offers a return and refund. However, the return and refund will not be applicable for the following cases;

Late Reporting

Boston Sightseeing is operating from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM every day. You must report for onboarding within this time. Remember our service is stopped at 5:00 PM, so if you come at 5:00 PM or close to it then you won’t be able to take a ride. You must report at least 30 minutes earlier than our closing time.

Note: Last reboarding at stop-3 by 4:00 PM for Hop-on Hop-off tour

For Our Freedom Trail Walking Tour

Meeting Point: Boston Common visitor information center.139 Tremont Street Boston Massachusetts Reporting Time: 9:30 AM. and 12:30 PM.

Every Sale is Final

Every ticket you purchase from Boston Sightseeing is final. This means that once you purchase tickets you will not be able to modify or update its tour date or any other detail, and you will not get any return or refund for this. If you make any mistake, it’s your responsibility. Hence, Boston Sightseeing recommends checking every detail before purchasing any tickets.

Refunds

In case of unwanted situation if you want refund for any tickets then you must report us for refunding at least 24 hours before the tour date. For that you need to send us an email (info@bostonsightseeing.us) with invoice number and reason for details of using our contact page.

Unused Tickets

In case of unwanted situation if you want refund for any tickets then you must report us for refunding at least 24 hours before the tour date. For that you need to send us an email (info@bostonsightseeing.us) with invoice number and reason for details of using our contact page.

Tickets purchased through third parties

Any tickets purchased from any unauthorized parties will be considered as an invalid ticket and you will not be able to get a refund of it. You may get a refund only when you purchase from authorized parties and all the conditions are met for refunding.

Bad weather, if the bus is operating

If there are bad weather conditions and still Boston Sightseeing buses are running but you missed them because of bad weather conditions you will not get any refund for this. Only if the weather condition is bad and Boston Sightseeing buses are not running, you will get a refund.

  • Remember any other terms mentioned in our terms and conditions will be valid and applicable for not to refund any tickets.
